Positive Approach Academy for Hair (PAAH) is an Independent Training Provider delivering vocational training and apprenticeships through government funded contracts.
We are required by our funding authority the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to collect personal information from you so that we can provide you with the education and training that you are requesting from us. We also require this information to maintain our records for all government funded training.
We will collect your personal information either face to face or online by asking you to complete our Individualised Learner Record. We can also collect information from you if you apply online, email us or contact us through our website.
All information collected is processed securely and only used for the lawful purposes for which it is collected and under strict data sharing agreements with partner organisations or funding providers.
We will not share any of your personal information without your consent unless we have a lawful basis for doing so or are required by statutory obligations
All data is secured securely and the integrity and security of our data processing and storage systems is regularly reviewed. We keep your personal data in compliance with our Data Protection Policies which sets out which information we are required to keep for statutory purposes. All other information will be deleted once it’s no longer required.
